WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?
All orders are shipped via UPS ground. Orders may take up to 3 business days to process for shipment. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. For faster shipping please contact us at email@example.com. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed US holidays. Jean Palmer ships from Wilmington, NC. Expect 5-7 business days in the contiguous US once shipped for your order to be delivered. Transit time may vary for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all other orders outside the contiguous US.
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes (including cancellations) to orders after they have been submitted. Please make sure to enter the correct shipping information and arrange for your package to be in your care at time of delivery. We will not make shipping address changes once your order is placed. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
